When/how often do I get paid?Timecards approved by Mondays at 2pm will be processed for a Thursday deposit on a weekly basis.
How is my overtime approved and calculated?All overtime must be approved in advance by Bobby Flood. Overtime will be calculated using the regular rate of pay. The regular rate is calculated by dividing the total compensation by the total hours worked during the workweek. The overtime pay amount is calculated using the new regular rate (RR). Overtime pay is at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate.
Why is my pay rate changing?TargetCW and Acushnet set up the current pay structure to ensure all workers are being paid correctly and compliantly. Pay rates are considered based on experience and time in the role. For questions and concerns regarding pay rate, please contact Bobby Flood.
Workers will accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked. Please create a separate timecard in WebCenter using the pay code “PTO”.
Full-time employees scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week are eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision coverage. New full-time employees will be able to begin enrolling in coverage on the 7th of the month prior to their benefits effective date. For those that enroll, coverage is effective the first of the month following at least 30 days of employment. For more information on benefits please visit TargetCW Benefits Page
